Bred, Chicago, and UNC schemes are so deeply ingrained in Michael Jordan's athletic legacy that they will inevitably reappear in his sneakers. Jordan 1 Low Black University Blue White (W) comes in a shape that is grounded in a classic white leather base with black leather flowing across overlays. 

Jordan 1 Low Black University Blue White (W) includes a smooth white cowhide upper with dark overlays and University Blue Swooshes. At the heel, a weaved Air Jordan 1 Wings logo gestures to the beginnings of the Air Jordan 1. A nylon tongue with a University Blue Jumpman logo finishes the look. The embroidered branding features more pops of the vivid, light blue. A strong elastic cupsole secures the position of safety outline, complete with typified Air padding in the heel. The low-profile shape is held together by a durable rubber cupsole with encapsulated Air cushioning in the heel.

The Air Jordan 1 Low was originally released in several colourways, mirroring the High releases and served as a casual take on the signature high-top. Apart from basketball players, there was another group who immediately took to the AJ1 Low – skateboarders. The skateboarders found that the low-top was more comfortable for tricks.
